Cancellation Policy

Please note that once you have booked an appointment with your stylist it means that they have reserved time in the schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel or change your appointment service less than 48 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a fee or rebooking charge of 50% of the scheduled service. To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Arrival 15 minutes past your scheduled service time will result in rescheduling and a 100% service charge. A no call no show is 100% service charge. You can cancel or reschedule an appointment by calling Cachét Beauty Lounge at 603-782-8030.

No Show Policy

In the instance that you no call/no show, you will be charged for your service in full. To rebook a future service with us you will be required to pay the remaining balance. Thank you for respecting the time of our Cachét team and clients on our wait list!

Change of Service Policy

A change of service is any adjustment to your scheduled services. For example, if you are booked for a color and cut and you want to change your service to just a haircut we require 48 hr. notice in order to avoid any service fees. If we are notified in less than 48 hrs you would be charged 50% of the scheduled service. The reason for this is because we a lot specific timeframes for specific services. Kids' Policy

We love your little ones and love to serve them, but we ask that unless they are accompanied by an additional adult, that they are not in the salon space. We choose this out of respect for our guests and stylists, as we want to ensure full focus and a relaxing and luxurious experience. If you need to reschedule because of a conflict, please refer to our cancellation policy. Thank you so much!
